Trashing the place

We were back in Oshkosh in early August for the Robert's Corn Roast. We stayed at Grandma and Grandpa M's house, and Addison loved trashing the place:

"I want a ride"

Addison loves to go for rides around the family room. Despite us trying to teach her to do it on her own, she's pretty stubborn.

Bed Time

Addison is usually great about going down for bed. On this night however, she was down, then was woken up. Notice that she's figured out what "no" means :)

Part 1

Getting up the stairs

Addison has all but mastered going up the stairs. It is actually pretty cute, especially when it is her bed time and she goes up stairs by herself (with us following behind of course). She has not figured out going down yet, but we're working on it.

Father's Day

For Father's Day, we went out to Canterbury Park and enjoyed a day at the horse races. As you can see, Addison helped us pick the winners :)

Amazing what happens in a few weeks!!!!

I guess it has been awhile since we last posted...about 6 weeks. It sure was fun to look at the video of Addison learning to crawl! She's mastered that now :) No more army crawling, she's doing the full on, hands and knees crawling!

Not only is Addison crawling all over the house, she can now pull her self up to standing on just about anything eye level and just this weekend began creeping along the couch...so cute. When Addison allows us to video her doing this, we'll put it up ASAP!

Addison also has learned to crawl up our stairs. Sunday afternoon she crawled from the bottom all the way to the top, so yesterday we installed the baby gates. Although she's mastered going up, going down is something we need to practice :)

When it comes to eating, Addi is a champ! She feeds herself at every meal. So far she really seems to like sliced turkey, sliced ham, cheese, pancakes, bread, pasta, peas, whole blueberries, raspberries, cheerios, avocado, and just about anything we put on her tray!
